Ensa has the knowledge and the people to make sure that your machine stays in good condition.
Besides the delivery of spare parts, we also provide the following services:
Upgrade kits
- Depending on the age of your machines, we can advise the possible upgrades for your machines that Ensa developed over the years. This will bring your machine in the latest technological condition and get the most out of it.
- We have kits for mechanical, electrical and software upgrades.
- We can combine this with an overhaul job if required.
Overhauling
- Our assembly specialists can overhaul your machines and bring them back in shape.
- Based on a pre-inspection, we can recommend which parts should be replaced to make sure that there are no surprises afterwards.
- After the overhaul has been completed. The machine will be calibrated and set up in accordance with the factory procedure for optimal functionality.
Maintenance visits
- Our service technicians will execute the requested electrical or mechanical maintenance in your factory and if this is requested, they can also train your maintenance crew to do the maintenance that you have scheduled.
Training for operators and/or maintenance people
- Have your team trained with the latest tips and tricks to keep your machines running efficiently and in good condition.
- We can provide trainings in accordance to your requirements. From operator training to technical trainings.
Spare parts for other cigar production machines
- Ensa can provide spare parts for not only our own Ensa machines but also other overrolling machines and machine for the cigar production.
- You can challenge us by requesting a quotation for the parts that you are looking for.
- Our technical team has a wide knowledge of existing cigar production machines (non Ensa built) as well as bunch making machines from several generations.
