The operator places the natural wrapper leaf onto the machine, which then over rolls it around the semi-finished product. After that, the finished cigar rolls off the line. The operator controls the production speed, which partly depends on the shape of the cigar and the size of the tobacco leaf.
The starting point for the MILE was the MIDE. We combined the best features of the MIDE with new insights and durable materials. This allowed us to further reduce the required maintenance.
