Ensa developed a unique solution to create a high quality product that positions 2 tobacco leaf cutouts (1x binder, 1x wrapper) on top of each other to give consumers the possibility to roll their own tobacco product.
From the wrapper bobbin and the binder bobbin, the cutouts are picked and positioned with high accuracy. During the moving from the pick-up position to the defined end position, the binder leaf is passing the glue section, to receive the exact required amount of glue. The leaves are treated with highest care and are gently pressed on top of each other.
Output is 30-33 products/min.
